We are licensed to administer the Firearms Safety Certificate for the state of California. If you already have your FSC or an exemption, you are ready to go. If not, you will need a current FSC to purchase any firearm or to transfer a firearm from another person via a Private Party Transfer. FSC exams are $25 for the booklet and the exam.
